Since I was a child I have always felt compelled to express myself and speak my truth.

Often my truth or perspective is different from the masses and that has caused disturbance in my life.

Sometimes the disturbance is because of my delivery. I have had to learn how to express in a calm and easy manner.
To this day I can be successful at a good delivery and truthfully, sometimes not.

I find it interesting that when I express my truth, especially on a controversial topic, or to someone of higher authority, those who feel the same as I do, are often quiet. Watching from the sidelines. Waiting to see what happens to Esther before they step forward in support. I have also noticed that there is a, that’s a woman for you, attitude that continues to strongly prevail.

Despite all of this, gestures wildly, I continue to express my truth. It’s part of my role and service in this lifetime.

For me to take a step back from this practice would be inauthentic to myself, my beliefs and the people I serve.

I’m always prepared for backlash, and always hold the hope that perhaps this will be the time those in support step up.

I understand why you might not stand up and express your truth.
It’s not always easy. In fact, it’s often difficult.
But how hard is it to live with yourself when you don’t?

I can help you cultivate courage and bravery from within.
Find your voice.
Speak your truth.
Trust that good will come from it.
Weather the storms, and do it again.

Love, Esther
