Have you ever uttered these words, “Letting go is not easy. I can’t let go.”
Letting go of what you don’t want is sometimes a daunting task but you are great at letting go and let me prove it to you.
At one time did you have a rockin healthy body? Were you once in love with an amazing person?
Was there a time when you had a job/career that you enjoyed and thrived in?
Did money pour upon you like rain in a monsoon? Did you walk around with you head held high knowing you could do anything?
In some area of your life at one time you had IT. You had what you wanted. It may have come naturally or maybe you worked for it, but you achieved what you wanted.
Health, Body, Relationship, Money, Career, Confidence, Fun and then what happened?
You let it go. If you don’t have it any more, then somewhere along the line you released it from your experience; you let it go.
Perhaps it was a limiting belief that got you off track or listening to someone’s else opinion. Maybe a memory from the past surfaced and created a snafu or thinking you were not deserving or worthy of what you had. Whatever it was you let it go.
Let your cognitive mind ponder that for a moment because the mind loves proof. You can let go and release because you’ve done it before.
The problem is that now you are dealing with aches and pains, an out of shape body, unfulfilling relationships, debts and a less then satisfying job.
You want to turn it around and experience something different but you are having trouble letting go. The part of you that is keeping you down, most likely for safety or protection, doesn’t want you to let go and reminds you repeatedly “It’s hard to let go. It hurts and it might hurt other people.”
But when you have a moment of clarity and consciousness you know that you want to dive into something new.
If you let go once sweet being of LIGHT you can let go again.
This time instead letting go of the bag of goodies how about letting go of what you don’t want?
Can you tell I am attempting to come in through the back door on this issue, scramble the brain a little bit and shake things up?
If it took a limiting belief, pattern, memory or another’s influence to get you to let go last time around what will it take Now to let go and move forward?
Perhaps a new belief, pattern, behavior, stepping away from unsupportive people or taking inspired action.
As you awaken to the awareness of, “I am good at letting go,” and ponder all the greatness you have released from your life, use that information to flip the tables on your self sabotaging self, do your inner work and keep reminding yourself, “I am great at letting go.”
